CELTIC STRING PLAY
The festival of the historical harp is back!
As part of the 2nd Harp Biennale Innsbruck “Keltische Saitenspiele” from 9 to 12 November 2023.
International musicians such as Catriona McKay and Chris Stout, Stefan Temmingh, Siobhán Armstrong, Sławomir Zubrzyski, Michele Pasotti and a new generation of young harpists will stage a four-day tour through the city. Innovative concert formats, world premières, unusual instruments and a symposium await a curious audience as they roam through Wales, Ireland, Scotland and England on the terrain of early music in dialogue with folk music and new music.
