The late summer court church concerts of the Wilten Boys’ Choir start again in Innsbruck on 6 September 2025.
The concert series has enjoyed great popularity among tourists and locals alike for years – not least because of the fantastic atmosphere of the “Schwarzmanderkirche“.
Under the direction of Johannes Stecher, the Wilten Boys’ Choir presents music from the late Renaissance through the early Baroque period to the 21st century, including excerpts from Palestrina’s Missa Papae Marcelli and Claudio Monteverdi’s Vespers of the Virgin Mary, as well as works by Viadana, Schütz, Rutter and Stecher – music that is particularly expressive thanks to the clear, bright sound of the boys’ voices! Folk songs from Tyrol round off the programme.
Admission from 6 pm
