The first songbirds are already in a mating mood in early spring. Chaffinches, blue tits and great tits as well as treecreepers, nuthatches and great spotted woodpeckers are all singing in competition. In a small group of no more than 10 people, we want to recognise bird calls and learn different strategies to better distinguish between songs.
We will spend the morning on a leisurely walk in the beautiful park of Matzen Castle with its old trees and small ponds.
Warm clothing and your own binoculars recommended.
Duration 3-4 hours
