The Bergisel – a place steeped in history with culture and sport is also the habitat for a rich variety of bird life. The family-friendly morning walk leads from the Tirol Panorama via the park to the Sill Gorge. You can observe great spotted woodpeckers, various tit species, nuthatches, jays, chaffinches, blackcaps and other songbirds.
Those who have binoculars should take them along. Peter Morass, the excursion leader, will provide identification literature for ornithological beginners.
For the brunch afterwards, the museum forecourt will be transformed into a morning picnic meadow.
