The Kaddish is an important prayer in Judaism. It is a prayer of remembrance that Jews say for their loved ones. New life manifests itself in the memory of the dead.
The artists Oskar Stocker and Luis Rivera present their artistic exploration of this theme in a written form of the Kaddish, a painted canvas on the façade of the Folk Art Museum. The project sets an example for an active culture of remembrance.
At the opening of the art intervention, Rosanna Dematté, curator of the intervention, will hold a discussion with the two artists Oskar Stocker and Luis Rivera.
