On 3 September, ORF will be a guest at the Tyrolean Folk Art Museum and broadcast live from there.
You will have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour through the unique parlours and even take a seat on centuries-old chairs.
The family tour of the Hofkirche is dedicated to the unique, larger-than-life bronze statues surrounding the magnificent tomb of Emperor Maximilian I.
Accompanied by curator Lisa Noggler, you can visit the special exhibition “Gerecht? Stories about social inequalities“. Using historical everyday objects from Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino, social inequalities and social changes are thematised.
Special tip: There is a mandala colouring station for children. Kids can use the mandala templates to go on a discovery tour through the museum and search for magnificent decorations on old baking tins, plates or musical instruments. The beautiful motifs can then be coloured in at the painting station.
