The House of Art in Innsbruck
The Ferdinandeum Tyrolean State Museum takes visitors on a cultural journey through the centuries. From the Stone Age to contemporary art, outstanding objects and works are on show, including masterpieces of the Renaissance, and of Dutch and Italian painting. Several times a year, individual exhibitions are held to showcase selected artworks from the museum’s diverse collections and provide a platform in the international art world for prints, paintings and contemporary positions from Tyrol.
In order to be able to offer you exciting artistic and cultural experiences in the future, the Ferdinandeum is closing for refurbishment work starting on 1 July 2024. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to the new old museum.
