The exhibition “ODOR. Immaterial Sculptures” is entirely dedicated to the “power of smells”. In 9 olfactory spaces separated from each other and freed from objects, “Odor” presents a selection of works that place smell as an olfactory and spatial experience at the centre of the experience of art. On display are ephemeral sculptures, including existing works as well as new productions, which are developed in relation to the location and confront visitors with the capabilities of the sense of smell.
After a short introduction to the exhibition “Odor”, the pupils explore the artistic works on the theme of “odour” independently in small groups with impulses and then discuss them together.
From 8th grade onwards. The educational programme on these action days lasts 50 minutes each. It is possible to book timeslots between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on these two days.
